Wendy has grown up and now has children of her own. But the real world is a very different place from the wonderful Never Land -- World War II is raging, and London has become a battleground. The one comfort Wendy has for her children is her wealth of stories about the remarkable place she used to know. Her boy Danny loves bedtime stories -- but 12-year-old Jane is a practical child with no patience for this nonsense. In this world torn apart by war, Jane sees no room for faith, trust and make-believe -- until she is kidnapped by Captain Hook and whisked away to Never Land! Now, the land of fantasy becomes a reality, and the silly boy who would never grow up is her hero.
If you look to the sky, youll see the second star to the right. If you happen to fly to it, youll be engulfed by an ethereal light, gold, silver, and white, and a pool of lovely pale colors will appear before you…as you get closer and follow the golden arrows pointing the way, youll see that the colors begin to get brighter and take on a particular shape…eventually, the clouds disperse and the colors burst into the shape of an island which youve seen in dreams but cant quite recall, surrounded in gentle morning light. There, before you, is the island of Neverland, where playtime is forever, dreams come true, and children never grow up.
Now, some of you may recall certain strange events that took place not too long ago in the mainland of the "real world" with the inhabitants of this island, including the notorious Captain Hook, the mischievous Tinker Bell, the brave Tiger Lily, and of course the Eternal Youth himself, Peter Pan. Theyve long since returned to the mythical island and reside there with new friends theyve picked up along the way. But their story is far from over…in fact, its only just begun.
